What kind of products do you sell?

We offer 3D printed duck collectibles, horror figures, articulated dragons and other collectible figures.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Economy shipping within the United States is free on orders over $40. For orders of $40 or less, Economy shipping is $6.99. Available options and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Please allow 2 business days for us to prepare and dispatch your order. Economy shipping typically takes another 5–8 business days after dispatch. Carrier delivery times are estimates. Tracking details are shared once your order ships.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund according to our policy.

Where do you ship?

We ship within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can also contact our support team for updates.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can request changes or cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, as long as it hasn’t been shipped.
