2. Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we offer free standard delivery on orders above $30. 

3. How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard delivery takes 4 to 5 business days, and Express delivery takes 2 to 3 business days. Tracking details are shared once the order is dispatched.

4. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund according to our policy.

6. Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across all major cities and regions in the US. 

8. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can also contact our support team for updates.

9. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can request changes or cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, as long as it hasn’t been shipped.
